Yoga is very helpful for people who are stressed in their lives, with mental problems and people who just want to relax their selves. Yoga is a workout of mind and body that combines stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation. Yoga protects also our body to have a good posture. When I was a first year college student, we have an activity in our physical education subject and we must choose between yoga and dancing. We chose yoga because some people say that yoga is fun and it is true. I never felt that before. And starting from that day, I attended a yoga class which is every Saturday, and it was fun.
